Vision 2015 - Creating a Vision for the Future

Vision 2015 is Lorain County Community College's strategic visioning process. The College employed large-scale civic engagement with the Lorain County public to generate ideas for our community's "college of the future."

A 100-member Vision 2015 Council comprised of community members and College faculty, staff and students proposed refinements to the College's mission and values statements, created a new vision statement, and determined six new strategic priorities to redefine the community's priorities for the future of Lorain County Community College. The Lorain County Community College District Board of Trustees approved and adopted the new mission, vision and values statements and the six new strategic priorities.
