Human Resources Mission Statement
The mission of Lorain County Community College's Human Resources Office is to champion the internal LCCC brand by promoting the college's mission, vision and values. The Human Resources Office will act as a catalyst, enabling all LCCC employees to contribute at optimal levels toward the academic success of our students.
