EFFECTIVE TOOLS FOR COMMUNITY AND ORGANIZATIONAL PLANNING
Become more efficient and effective in your current projects, while learning to take on larger and more challenging projects with confidence and competency. The Public Services Institute of Lorain County Community College presents “Powerful Project Management Techniques” from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Wednesday, Jan. 30 at the Medina County University Center.
This seminar will also be presented on Tuesday, May 6 at the Medina County University Center. The Medina County University Center is located at 6300 Technology Lane, Medina.
Presenter Jack Ricchiuto will introduce structured learning experiences addressing project management as a discipline, which has universal principals and practices. The workshop builds on basic knowledge of project planning and leadership. Participants will be able to efficiently organize all aspects of the project planning process, staff and coordinate diverse talent for the project team, and deal with changes and unpredictability in project environments. Attendees will also learn to facilitate the negotiation and coordination of resources, and collaborate with project sponsors to manage project expectations.
