LCCC PHI THETA KAPPA TO HOLD “GARAGE SALE” AND EASTER BASKET SILENT AUCTION

Phi Theta Kappa will hold a "Garage Sale" and Easter Basket Silent Auction fundraiser from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Saturday March 22 in the College Center Mall at Lorain County Community. 

Proceeds will be used to fund the group’s trip to the 90th International Phi Theta Kappa Convention in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania April 3-5. Phi Theta Kappa is the academic honor society for two-year colleges.

Donations of clothing, household and small furniture items are needed. Any Garage Sale items that remain after the event will be donated to local community organizations including the Genesis House, Blessing House and homeless shelters.  Themed baskets created by Student Life clubs and organizations will be featured in the silent auction. Vendors and Crafters are also welcome.
