The Public Services Institute of Lorain County Community College will present “Deploying Web-based Tools to Improve Customer Service & Reduce Costs” at 6 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 24 in the LCCC Spitzer Conference Center. This program is for public officials and members of non-profit organizations.
Jason Therrien, President and CEO of Thunder::tech, will reveal how the City of Strongsville increased website utilization by thousands of hits just three months after launching the site with no additional advertising.
