44TH ANNUAL PENTON MEMORIAL TURKEY TROT AT LCCC

The 44th Annual Penton Memorial Turkey Trot will be held on the Lorain County Community College cross country course and campus grounds at 9 a.m., Thanksgiving morning, Thursday, November 22. This 10K cross country race is one of the most challenging and fun Thanksgiving Day runs in the area.

Registration is $20 with a long-sleeve t-shirt and $10 without a shirt. Race day registration begins at 7:30 a.m. in the lobby of the Physical Education building in the LCCC campus.

Nursing Accreditation Visit

LCCC will host a site review for continuing accreditation of its Licensed Practical nursing program by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN). You are invited to meet the site visit team and share your comments about the program in person at a meeting scheduled at 2 p.m. on September 28, 2016 at Lorain County Community College, in HS 139.
