SMART START REGISTRATION FAIRS GET YOU SET FOR JANUARY CLASSES AT LCCC

Lorain County Community College and the University Partnership are your best value in higher education.  LCCC offers more than 100 majors and programs, many with pathways that can lead you directly to a degree from a four-year university.

Spring semester classes at LCCC start January 21 and many of the most popular classes fill up quickly. If you’re a new student, don’t delay applying for admission and registering for fall classes.

You can apply and register any time at LCCC’s Enrollment Services office (first floor of the Bass Library) or at any of the LCCC Learning Centers, but LCCC also has a variety of Smart Start Registration Fairs scheduled where you can conveniently take care of all of your admission and registration needs in one day.

 Things you can do at the Smart Start Registration Fairs:

  • Apply for Admission
  • Take the placement test (COMPASS)
  • Complete the New Student Orientation
  • Register for Classes
  • Apply for Financial Aid

Registration fairs will be held at the LCCC Elyria Campus and at LCCC Learning Centers.
Please review the list of sessions and locations below and choose the session you will attend.

You only need to attend one Smart Start Registration Fair.

Smart Start Registration Fairs held at the LCCC Campus in Elyria:

  • Thursday, December 5, from 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • Saturday, January 4, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
  • Wednesday, January 8, from 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • Saturday, January 11, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
  • Saturday, January 18, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Smart Start Registration Fairs held at the LCCC Learning Centers:

University Partnership Ridge Campus, North Ridgeville

  • Wednesday, December 11, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • Tuesday, January 7, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. 

LCCC Wellington Center

  • Tuesday, December 10, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Monday, January 6, from 12-6 p.m.

LCCC Lorain Learning Center at St. Joseph’s Community Center in Lorain

  • Wednesday, December 18, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Wednesday, January 8, from 12-6 p.m.

Midpoint Campus Center, Brunswick

  • Thursday, December 12, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • Thursday, January 9, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

MyTuition Guarantee

LCCC students now have the opportunity to participate in the MyTuition Guarantee. This new program holds tuition and fee rates for students registering in fall 2014 and spring 2015 for up to three years or until the completion of a degree, whichever comes first.
