Midpoint Campus Center will hold a free math boot camp course for anyone over 18 years old who would like to improve their math skills. The course will prepare participants for GED, COMPASS, TABE, ASVAB or entrance exams with a math section. The class will meet for six weeks, including two, two-hour sessions each week. Classes will be held from 9:30-11:30 a.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays, beginning on April 28. There is no charge for the class. Materials will be provided at no cost. Midpoint Campus Center has massage therapy clinics available at various times now through May 23. Massages are $20 for a 50-minute massage. Students and staff pay $10 for a 50-minute massage. Midpoint Campus Center is a partnership between Lorain County Community College and The University of Akron. Midpoint Campus Center is located at 50 Pearl Road, Suite 300, in Brunswick.

Extended Hours

Enrollment and Financial Services, located on the first floor of the Bass Library, will offer extended hours through August including some Saturday hours.

Campus Tours

Tours for new and prospective LCCC student will be offered at 10 a.m. on Tuesdays and at 4 p.m. on Thursdays through August 21. This is a great way to become familiar with campus and find classes for the upcoming semester. No registration is necessary. Simply show up at the Student Life desk on the second floor of College Center.

MyTuition Guarantee

LCCC students now have the opportunity to participate in the MyTuition Guarantee. This new program holds tuition and fee rates for students registering in fall 2014 and spring 2015 for up to three years or until the completion of a degree, whichever comes first.
