Fitness Assessments

What?

Physical Fitness assessments test the five components of fitness (cardio-respiratory endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, and body-composition via skinfold calipers) 

Where? 

Health, Physical Education, and Recreation Programs at Lorain County Community College

How?

To register, call records at (440) 366-4067 to sign up for one of the following:

NHLH 108 DE01 - 1 assessment ($35)
NHLH 108 DE02 - 2 assessments ($70)
NHLH 108 DE03 - 3 assessments ($100)

To schedule an assessment with a nationally certified personal trainer, contact Taryn Taylor at ttaylor@lorainccc.edu

Fitness Testing Highlights: 

  • Gives one a true picture of their fitness level 
  • Helps with setting realistic fitness goals 
  • Assists in identifying weight management goals
