Personal Training Packages

NHLH 107 DE01 $145 This four-session packet includes an orientation, fitness assessment and two workouts.

NHLH 107 DE02 $175 Package of five, one-hour sessions.

NHLH 107 DE03 $175 Package of four, one-hour sessions plus one Bod Pod body composition evaluation, nutrtion coaching session or a lifestyle wellness coaching session.

NHLH 107 DE04 $315 Package of 10, one -hour sessions for the price of nine. Client has the option of using any session for a Bod Pod body composition evaluation, nutrtion coaching session or a lifestyle wellness coaching session.

NHLH 107 DE05 $420 Package of 15, one-hour sessions for the price of 12. Client has the option of using any session for a Bod Pod body composition evaluation, nutrtion coaching session or a lifestyle wellness coaching session.

NHLH 107 DE06 $525 Package of 20, one-hour sessions for the price of 15. Client has the option of using any session for a Bod Pod body composition evaluation, nutrtion coaching session or a lifestyle wellness coaching session.

LCCC Police Academy Exercise Lot 7

The LCCC Police Academy will be utilizing parking lot 7 North on Wednesday, October 29, Thursday, October 30, and Friday, October 31 to conduct simulated traffic stops during the day and into the evening.  During these three days, police cruisers will be used and there will be times when the overhead lights on the police cruisers will be activated.  Please do not be alarmed by this exercise

MyTuition Guarantee
