Muscle Activation Techniques® (MAT) is a specialized technique that identifies and reverses muscle weakness to improve muscular strength, muscular endurance and fitness performance. It was developed by Greg Roskopf; a biomechanics consultant for various sports teams and professional athletes including the Denver Broncos, Utah Jazz and Denver Nuggets.
