LCCC Club Sports
The Health, Physical Education and Recreation division provides a diverse recreational and competitive sports opportunity for the students, faculty and staff of Lorain County Community College and community members. Competitive clubs may involve trying out for the club. These clubs compete with other university sponsored club teams, two and four year sports teams. These clubs charge a participation fee to its members for these athletic activities.
How to Start a Club
Any student, faculty or staff member of Lorain County Community College can start a club. All that is needed is for the individual to bring his/her idea to the Club Sports Coordinator, Kathy Majoras. She will check to make sure that the proposed club meets all the guidelines set by the Division of Health, Physical Education and Recreation for membership as a recognized club. For more information, call the Health, Physical Education & Recreation (HPER) office at 800-995-LCCC (extension 7360).
