Thank you for your interest in taking the Lateral Elyria Police Department Agility test. To prepare for the test, please complete the following steps:

  1. Click here to review detailed instructions and to complete the waiver form.   You will need to review this document and print and return the waiver form with your registration payment. 
          
  2. Complete and submit the online form below.   
        
  3. Attend Agility testing on Saturday, August 2, 2014, registration begins at 8:30am on the campus of LCCC, in the Fitness Center.
