The coaching and mentoring short term certificate prepares the certificate holder for employment as a coach and mentor in higher education, non-profit, and private industries. Typical jobs would include student success coach, business coaching, life coaching, and career coaching and organizational mentoring. Lorain County Community College has articulation agreements with colleges and universities including programs offered by Lorain County Community College's Univeristy Partnership.
