The top priority of student success coaches is to help students get connected to other resources, help students educate themselves by encouraging them to attend educational and career workshops, and to help them increase opportunities to be more successful.

LCCC student success coaches are here to assist students in:

  • Setting goals and developing strategies for success related to personal, academic and career objectives
  • Moving their plans forward
  • Identifying and overcoming barriers to success
  • Getting connected to resources and professional services such as financial aid, career services, academic advisors and counselors.
