2014 LCCC Cross Country Camp
The 2014 LCCC Commodore Running Camp was held June 23-27 at LCCC. Twenty two middle school and high school distance runners participated this year, the second most in the 11 year history of the Running Camp!  Highlights included discussions with area coaches Terry Kemp and Nate Brannen, team building and fitness workouts with our own Kerrie Riolo, a yoga session with Julie Vanmeter, and a day at Splash Zone.  All campers received a great t shirt, as well as entry into the Santarelli Memorial 5K race held here at LCCC in August. Our LCCC Commodore Cross Country team came out and ran with the camp. We hope you will join us in 2015! A special thanks to Tracy Large, who co directed the Running Camp again this year!  Jim Powers, LCCC Cross Country Coach
