Employee Performance

LCCC at WorkEmployee Performance

Human Resource Development

Performance Improvement Interventions
We'll assess your performance issues, look at work environment factors, identify skill gaps and offer solutions. We ll look at organizational processes, identify work environment barriers and tie any training that might be needed directly to critical business goals. We ll talk with your peak performers and strategize practical ways to apply and support using new skills on the job. We offer a wide variety of training programs with variable formats.

Performance Coaching
Sometimes training is delivered but NOTHING seems to change. Our performance coaches can help make sure that doesn t happen. We will support and reinforce skill development with "just-in-time" coaching. We'll help your employees really use proven interpersonal communication, leadership, team and customer service skills. We ll help them when they need it and how they need it. They won't have to wait for the classroom anymore.

Structured One-The-Job Training
Your peak performers and subject matter experts may have expert knowledge, but may not know how to effectively teach that knowledge to someone else. Our programs help your employees train others in their work group. We understand how adults learn best and what the key ingredients are in a training experience.
