Employee Assessment and Job Profiling

LCCC@WorkHire the best employees by matching their skills to your jobs.

The USO Talent Development Network (formerly SklllsMAX) offers tailored, comprehensive and cost-effective solutions that can be a combination of job analysis, employee assessment and training tools to help you hire and retain the right people for your organization.

We help your organization enhance existing pre-employment processes by introducing tools to incorporate that are comprehensive and legally defensible.  Beginning with a job analysis, which identifies the work styles, knowledge, skills and abilities needed for the job. Applicants are then tested in the specific performance criteria, abilities, aptitudes, and industry knowledge. Personality assessments administered to assess the candidate's work style and motivations are consistent with the demands of the position.

A variety of reports from the job analysis, job description and/or interview questions, and candidate results provide you information to determine if the candidate's skills, work style, and experience match your organization's needs for the position.

In addition to employment selection services, USO Talent Development Network (formerly SkillsMAX) can also assist in employee development initiates by identifying skill-gaps and implementing solutions such as:
