The Nord Advanced Technologies Center, located on the Lorain County Community College campus, is the area's leading technical training center for industry. For over 20 years, Lorain County Community College has been at the forefront in bringing intensive hands-on training to industry with advanced manufacturing equipment and systems. For example, we currently provide several automotive plants with ongoing training in automation, robotics, workcell interface and systems integration. Small and mid-size companies receive training in advanced manufacturing, workcell maintenance and development, process improvement and technical modernization. You benefit from our experience with hundreds of companies across a wide range of manufacturing industries.

Advanced Manufacturing Education and Training
Training is available in factory automation, robotics, workcell interface, CNC machining, CAD/CAM, ISO/QS, Lean, Six Sigma and much more. Training can be conducted on the LCCC campus, at your facility or via distance learning.
Customized Distance Learning
Training can be provided anytime and anywhere through the Internet, interactive television and video. We can customize training programs for your company and make them available at times that work best for your schedule.
