In the U.S., Health Care Reform sets in motion the largest change in employer-provided health benefits in the post–World War II era,

This program will address: 

  • Which employers are subject to the mandate,
  • If subject to the mandate, employer considerations on "playing" (i.e. providing coverage to employees) or paying the penalty, and
  • If an employer elects to provide coverage to its employees, strategies for minimizing costs and potential penalties.
