Business Training and Certifications

LCCC at WorkBusiness Programs and Certifications

Supervisors/Managerial Essentials Certificate- A great supervisor needs technical, business, and soft skills to effectively manage others. Few people are taught these skills as part of their formal education and most supervisory jobs are not designed to encourage their use. However, to be an effective manager, performing these skills well is necessary. Think about it - how much time do the supervisors you know spend processing paperwork and doing other clerical duties instead of coaching, analyzing processes, and creating ways to improve their area or organization?

Because managers’ skills may be different, you will be able to design your own supervisor’s certificate. Select from various courses, take the ILU's and receive the Supervisor/Managerial Essentials Certificate. HR courses will also be HRCI approved for recertification credits. Each course will be hands-on and non-technical courses will include role plays, feedback and assessment. Click here to learn more.
