Supervisors Certificate
New and seasoned supervisors have exciting challenges and must adapt quickly to change. Understanding people and how to manage all of your responsibilities is key to high productivity and a healthy work environment. Complete 20 hours or more of course work and take the assessment at the end of each course. Earn ILU’s which are comparable to CEU’s.  Other courses may be substituted. May also take courses individually with no ILU’s.
