Office Space at LCCC

Entrepreneurship Innovation Institute Locate Your Business for Growth and Development

Different businesses have different needs in terms of facilities and support. Whether you are a business start-up, a growing company or a mature business, EII can provide facilities and services to meet your needs.

  • Phase I Incubator Space on the LCCC Campus is available for start-up companies through GLIDE’s co-location leases at the Entrepreneurship Innovation Center (EIC) . Consultations from GLIDE business advisors along with below-market lease rates give new businesses a support system to build their business models toward viability and sustainability.
  • The Entrepreneurship Innovation Center (EIC) has the perfect space for Phase II companies and provides competitively priced lease space to support the needs of a business with growing revenues. Tenants at the new Center can negotiate short-term leases at rates they can afford.

The Entrepreneurship Innovation Center is home to the Entrepreneurship Innovation Institute. Located in the Great Lakes Technology Park and positioned in front of the Technology Woods, this project is registered to be LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Certified.

The three-story 45,000 square foot building will house many of our EII entities on the first floor, Phase II business tenants on the second floor and a unique MEMS Association project on the third floor that will be home to the Microsystems Technology Application Center (MTAC).

The Entrepreneurship Innovation Center will be LCCC’s corporate center and the front door to access information on all of the College’s resources. Our state-of- the-art facility will have video conferencing capabilities, a board room, conference rooms, flexible training space and computer labs. The Center is a vital next step in Lorain County’s comprehensive economic and workforce development plan to transition from a traditional manufacturing economy to the Knowledge Economy of the 21st century.

  • Mature companies can lease or purchase property in The Great Lakes Technology Park, located adjacent to the LCCC campus. The Great Lakes Technology Park provides unique amenities and technological capabilities in a professional, tree-lined, cluster park-like setting. Building sites can be purchased or leased, and then customized to fit your needs on a minimum lot of four acres.

The Great Lakes Technology Park is conveniently located adjacent to the campus of LCCC in Elyria, Ohio. It is minutes away from interstates 90 and 480 and the Ohio Turnpike, providing excellent access to airports and facilities throughout the Northern-Ohio area.

All companies locating in The Great Lakes Technology Park have access to the business-support services provided through the Entrepreneurship Innovation Institute and other on-campus services such as the LCCC fitness center and library. Convenient interstate access and outstanding support services make the Great Lakes Technology Park an ideal location for your business.
