The EIC offers brand new, class A office space. As the portal to the Entrepreneurship Innovation Institute, the EIC, located in the Great Lakes Technology Park, is your front door to business resources offered by LCCC. GLIDE's mission is to be a center for innovation in Northeast Ohio for entrepreneurs involved in developing enterprises. This facility also houses the University of Toledo's Computer Science and Engineering bachelor's programs, interactive classrooms, network lab, and a software development center. It is located on the perimeter of the Great Lakes Technology Park.

Nord Advanced Technologies CenterThe Nord Advanced Technologies Center (ATC)
The Nord ATC is one of the region's best industrial training facilities. It gives your company access to cutting-edge technology applications – ideal for employee education programs – as well as technical problem-solving services. The Nord ATC has the instructors, facilities, and equipment to help you meet the challenges of a competitive, global marketplace.

Spitzer Conference CenterThe John A. Spitzer Conference Center
Videoconferencing capabilities make it easy to hold meetings with off-site personnel, customers and vendors in the state-of-the-art conference center. The center offers 25 conference spaces ranging in size from intimate 12-person meeting rooms to a theatre-style lecture hall that can seat 1,000. The Spitzer Conference Center has 22,000 square feet of flexible space, including a 6,000 square-foot grand room that can seat 300 for dining. It is located within walking distance of the Great Lakes Technology Park.
