Rapid Response Services are provided to employers and dislocated workers under the Workforce Reinvestment Act's (WIA) Rapid Response program. The ODJFS is developing new Rapid Response policies and procedures that will be effective July 1, 2009. The purpose of this training is to inform all stakeholders of the new improvements and reporting requirements.
Mandatory Rapid Response Coordinator Training is open only to selected individuals responsible for Rapid Response activities as indicated by the local WIB directors. Training must be completed in two consecutive days (see schedule below). Training sessions are from 9 am to 5 pm on each day.
