2011 - Professional Development Seminars West Shore Chamber of Commerce

Community College and Lorain County Community College are partnering to provide West Shore Chamber of Commerce members professional development opportunities.

This series of seminars will provide an opportunity to sharpen your business skills that can lead to increased productivity and profitability.

Seminars are offered at a special member price of $20 per session. They are held once a month from 8:00 a.m. -10:00 a.m.

Pre-registration is required.
Payments accepted through the West Shore Chamber Office by calling Sandy at 440.835.8787 and give the title & date of seminar. Payments can be made by:

  • Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard)
  • Check or Cash
  • Online payments are not accepted
  • No money will be collected day of seminar

This seminar will help leaders capture people's attention, clearly link ideas, suggestions, and recommendations to changes that will have a positive impact on individual, team, and organizational performance.

Participants will learn: what is emotional intelligence? How your emotions affect your ability to hear and   understand. How to direct and focus your emotional energy and some insights into understanding and influencing others. Learn how to improve the emotional intelligence of your organization.
