Campus Security Notice

Please be aware, Elyria Police notified the campus security office about a group of white males that abandoned a motor vehicle on campus.  It is believed that the individuals were wanted for a burglary that occurred in the area. 

At this time, there are three individuals who were taken into custody by Elyria Police.  It is not certain if a fourth person was involved.  Campus security officers are actively reviewing surveillance footage to determine if a fourth person was involved. 

There is no reason to believe this circumstance represents an immediate threat to the health and safety of our campus community members.  If you should see anything suspicious or have any information that may be useful, please contact campus security immediately at 366-4444 or 366-4053.
