18th Annual LCCC FamilyFest

Noon to 5 p.m.
The action-packed, family-oriented FamilyFest, a day of great fun and lots of festivities, will include entertainment, demonstrations and food. In addition – something that makes FamilyFest so unique – LCCC's doors will be thrown wide open for tours and interesting and fascinating demonstrations of what LCCC offers all year long.

Salute to Veterans
LCCC will salute our students who are military veterans or currently serving in the armed forces at noon on the main stage. If you are a student and a veteran, click here to participate in this very special event.
The Entire Campus is Open
Visit a technology or health lab, stroll through the Stocker Center Art Gallery, or just get some information on Academy for LifeLong Learning courses. You can also tour the University Center, where nine of Ohio's top universities offer bachelor's and master's degrees on the LCCC campus through the University Partnership program. Tour the new LCCC Library/Community Resource Center, including a new branch of the Elyria Public Library, will be open for the public to enjoy with plenty of activities for visitors of all ages.
Entertainment
FamilyFest's entertainment this year will include a salute to local scholars, a salute to LCCC Student Veterans, and live music and performances.
Great Food
Bring your appetite with you, so you can feast on some of Lorain County's favorite foods.
Fun for the Kids
FamilyFest features a Kid's Zone with kiddie rides, food, a family-friendly picnic area, free hands-on activities, pony rides, and live entertainment. The kids will also love the special character appearances by some of their favorite cartoon friends.
Trick-or-Treat
LCCC's Student Senate will host its annual Trick-or-Treat for kids all over LCCC's campus!
Art Fest at FamilyFest
LCCC's own art faculty and staff display and demonstrate their works at Art Fest at FamilyFest in the Stocker Arts Center lobby. Children will have an opportunity to add their own unique artwork in an outdoor chalk art fest. Select pieces of art will be available for sale.
