Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) 
This online form is your first step in the financial aid process, and determines your eligibility for the Pell Grant, Ohio Grant, Federal Work Study and Stafford Loans.

Financial Aid Compliance Sheet (09-10)
This form gives authorization to LCCC to apply your available Title IV funds (Pell Grants and Stafford Loans) to your education-related activities.

Consortium Agreement
Use this form if you are seeking a degree or certificate from Lorain County Community College and are enrolled at another institution. This Consortium Agreement allows LCCC to disburse financial aid based on your combined enrollment at both.

Forgiveness of Grades Petition
Lorain County Community College recognizes that students may not be able to overcome previously earned poor grades in order to meet new career and educational goals and/or to meet graduation requirements.  Academic Forgiveness may be granted one time only at the discretion of the Committee on Scholastic Standing.
