Academic Regalia Order Form for University Partnership Faculty and Administrators

Faculty and administrators from the University Partnership Program at LCCC are encouraged to participate in the LCCC commencement ceremony held each May. LCCC will provide rental regalia (a gown, hood, cap and tassel) for all partner university faculty and administrators who would like to march in commencement.

The LCCC Bookstore handles the ordering process for all academic regalia. If you don't already own your own regalia and wish to participate in the LCCC commencement ceremony, please take a few minutes to complete the information below.

Thank you for your assistance. You will receive notification of the arrival of your regalia and will need to come to the Bookstore for pick up.

The Bookstore will call you when your regalia arrives. Be sure to include a phone number!

Please note: you will receive rental regalia when you use this form. After the Commencement ceremony, all rental regalia must be returned to LCCC Commodore Books and More in the College Center building.
