Cap and Gown Order for LCCC Students

Caps and Gowns for LCCC Graduates

All LCCC graduation candidates who have successfully completed associate degree, one-year technical certificate, and/or short-term technical certificate requirements since the last commencement program are encouraged to participate in this year's commencement exercise.  This year, eligible candidates who choose to march will receive a cap, gown, and tassel.

Pre-orders are encouraged!  You may pre-order your cap and gown online before April 15 and pick up at the Grad Fair in College Commons April 12. A photo ID is required to pick up your cap and gown.

If you have not pre-ordered your cap and gown, visit Commodore Books & More by 3 p.m., Friday, May 13, 2016 to participate. Caps and gowns will still be available.

In order to facilitate the processing of cap and gown orders, the Bookstore is requesting that all candidates planning to march submit their height and weight. (Information is strictly confidential and will not be shared.) All caps are one-size-fits-all.

If you have questions please e-mail Shawna Johnson at sjohnson@lorainccc.edu or call the Bookstore at 366-4055.

Graduating with Honors?

Students graduating with honors will have that designation noted in the official program, have it announced with their name as they cross the stage, and noted on their diploma.

Graduation Photos

A professional photographer will be at commencement to take graduate photos as the candidates cross the stage. Graduates will be contacted within two weeks of commencement with information about ordering these photos.
