Cap and Gown Order for UP Students

Caps and Gowns for University Partnership Graduates

All University Partnership graduation candidates who have successfully completed graduation requirements since the last commencement program are encouraged to participate in this year's commencement exercise. Eligible candidates who choose to march will receive a rented cap, gown, and tassel for no charge.

In order to facilitate the processing of cap and gown orders, the Bookstore is requesting that all candidates planning to march submit their height and weight. (Information is strictly confidential and will not be shared.) All caps are one-size-fits-all.

  • Order Deadline: Friday, March 18, 2016
  • Order Pickup: You may pick up your cap and gown May 2-13 in the LCCC Bookstore during normal business hours.
  • Rental gowns provided by the University Partnership will need to be returned to LCCC Bookstore immediately following the ceremony.  Students receiving an LCCC degree in addition to University Partnership degree and who received cap and gown through the LCCC Bookstore will not have to return their cap and gown.

Graduation Photos

A professional photographer will be at commencement to take graduate photos as the candidates cross the stage. Graduates will be contacted within two weeks of commencement with information about ordering these photos.

Please contact Linda Krystowski in the UP Office (x7224) for information about cap and gown rentals.

The ordering deadline has already passed. University Partnership students participating in LCCC's commencement ceremony must contact their university for cap and gown information.
