Adding Appointments 

In the calendar app, tap the “+” icon in the bottom right hand corner.

Add Appointment 

The “Add Event” box will pop up along with the on-screen keyboard. Add Event

Create a title, and location for your meeting 

  • Set the start and end times.
Enter Event

You can change the time at which you would like to be notified with an alert for the meeting by tapping the “Alert” button.

If you have more than one calendar synced to the iOS device, you can choose which calendar to create the meeting on by tapping the calendar button.

You can create recurring meetings by tapping the “Repeat” button, and choosing the frequency you would like the meeting to repeat.

Editing Appointments

  • Tap on the meeting icon in Calendar that you would like to edit.
  • You can change any of the various details of the meeting through this “Edit Menu.”

Deleting Appointments

  • Scroll down to the bottom of the “Edit” menu, and tap “Delete Event.”
  • If the meeting is a recurring meeting, you can choose to delete one instance of the event, or the whole series  of meetings.
