Thank you for inquiring about Disability Services.  To register with our office, you must apply to the college first

Learn how to apply to LCCC at www.lorainccc.edu/admissions.

To register with Disability Services, please complete the steps below.

All forms are available online at our website:

 http://www.lorainccc.edu/Disability+Services/forms+library.htm

  • Complete an INTAKE FORM
        
  • Bring in DOCUMENTS (drop off, mail, or fax to Disability Services) from:
    • School records ; 2 documents are needed: 
      • IEP and
      • MFE or ETR (most recent)
         
    • Current licensed professional 
      • Verification of Disability Form 
          
  • Schedule your appointment for your Accommodation List 
     
  • Sign a CONSENT FORM if you wish others (family, LCCC instructors ,etc.) to have communication with Disability Services

MyTuition Guarantee

LCCC students now have the opportunity to participate in the MyTuition Guarantee. This new program holds tuition and fee rates for students registering in fall 2014, spring 2015, or fall 2015 for up to three years or until the completion of a degree, whichever comes first.
