ANGEL Orientation Information
LCCC offers several options for students to learn ANGEL. It is highly recommended that students complete at least one of the following before beginning to use ANGEL:
ANGEL Sandbox Orientation Course
Do you want to practice in ANGEL before you participate in a live Internet course? The ANGEL Sandbox Course is for you. Follow these instructions to get started: At the Log In page, type the following in the Log On Boxes
LCCC ID Number: sandbox
Password: student
Once you are logged in, select the link to the ANGEL Sandbox Orientation.
In the Sandbox course, there are instructions, videos and places to try the most-often used ANGEL features of LCCC's online courses, i.e.: discussion forums, drop boxes, quizzes and course mail. Once you try these, you are ready for your online courses!
On-Campus Orientation to ANGEL
The Basics for using ANGEL in LCCC courses
For students who are using ANGEL in their LCCC course, learn the basics of using LCCC’s ANGEL Learning Management System.
In less than an hour, this hands-on training session will show you the the basics of logging onto and using ANGEL with your courses at LCCC. Learn how to communicate with course mail, find your course syllabus, course content, assignments, discussion forums, quizzes or grades.
Participants, please bring your LCCC ID and/or student number.
ANGEL Orientations are being held on the 2nd floor of the Bass Library in LC 209.

Instructor On-Campus Orientations
Some instructors hold their own on-campus Orientations for Internet courses which provide course specific information. To determine if your Instructor also offers an on-campus Orientation, check your schedule in MyCampus.
