This course requires the following software: Microsoft Outlook 2007, Quicken 2007 Deluxe (or later), and Adobe Photoshop CS4 (free trial may come with book; check before purchasing separately). Older versions of these software packages will not allow students to complete assignments properly. Microsoft Word or another word processing program is necessary. Word processing software other than Word must permit the user to save files in .doc or .docx format.
One on-campus computer lab experience will be held at the end of the semester. Attendance at this session is a required component of the course. In some circumstances, a proctored exercise or test may be administered off campus.
