How to Disable Pop-up Blockers
Launch your browser. On the menu bar click View -> Toolbars. Any browser toolbar (AOL, Google, MSN, etc.) should be listed there. A check mark beside a toolbar name means that controls for the toolbar are visible in your browser. If a toolbar is not visible, click beside the toolbar name to make it visible.

View a list of popular programs with pop-up blocking capability, along with tips for managing them from your toolbars. If you clicked View->Toolbars and no toolbars were listed, click Tools on your browser menu bar. If you see Pop-up blocker listed look for the sub-menu to turn it on or turn off.

ANGEL uses a secure browser.  You may be asked if you want to view the secure items on the page.  You must answer the question "Yes" or "No" depending on the browser and version you are using.

If you are using Internet Explorer 7.0, click "Yes" when asked if you want to view secure items.  If you do not click Yes, then the file or video will not display.  If you mistakenly click "No", then you must go out of the course and come back in and click "Yes" when asked.

If you are using Internet Explorer 8 or 9 the answer is "No" when asked.  If you do not click "No, then the file or video will not display.  If you mistakenly clicked "Yes, then you must go out of the course and come back in and click "No".

To keep the box from displaying every time you go into the course, you can change your settings to the following:
1. Select Tools then choose Internet Options.
