Students and alumni at Lorain County Community College now have free access to business support through the acclaimed entrepreneurship model of the Blackstone LaunchPad.
 
The Blackstone LaunchPad helps members move their idea for a business or product from conception to reality. The services are available for all students and alumni, regardless of their area of study.
  

Getting Started   

Interested students and alumni can get started by creating a personal profile at http://www.lccclaunch.com/. The online forum provides access to free consulting and other resources.

FEBE3:  Fostering Entrepreneurial Business Education

Blackstone LaunchPad, GLIDE and the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) offer a free networking group every Wednesday from 10-11 a.m., in LCCC's Desich Business and Entrepreneurship Center beginning July 10, 2013. The group is open to all and will include a presentation from a local resource. Participants will have an opportunity to meet with other entrepreneurs and network with other students and alumni.

Dunkin Donuts will provide free coffee.

15 to Finish: Add a Late-Start Class Today

Take at least 15 credit hours per semester and you'll be closer to graduation and closer to your career. There’s still time to add a class to your schedule. Late-start courses begin March 23.

Use Caution in Parking Lots

Workers are replacing the light fixtures on campus roads and parking lots. Some roadways and parking spaces will blocked off during this time. Please be very careful and slow down.
  
Parking Lot 7 Closed
Parking Lot 7 (Click for Campus Map) will be closed from Monday evening, February 23 to Friday, February 27.

MyTuition Guarantee

LCCC students now have the opportunity to participate in the MyTuition Guarantee. This new program holds tuition and fee rates for students registering in fall 2014, spring 2015, or fall 2015 for up to three years or until the completion of a degree, whichever comes first.
