Social Sciences and Human Services Division


Lorain County Community College (LCCC) invites internal applicants for the position of Interim Dean of the Social Sciences and Human Services Division. The Interim Dean reports to the Provost/Vice President for Academic and Learner Services and provides academic and administrative leadership for the Division.

Qualifications: A Master’s degree in an appropriate discipline(s), college teaching experience (preferably at a community college), and demonstrated academic leadership are required; the earned doctorate and three years of full-time college or university administrative experience preferred.

The starting salary is competitive and commensurate with experience. An offer of employment is contingent upon available funds and is conditional, based on approval by the Lorain County Community College Board of Trustees.
