Student Employment Eligibility Policy
Students applying for employment:

Must be at least 18 years of age, or a high school graduate, received a GED certificate or equivalent, or be enrolled in a post secondary enrollment options program. If you are under 18 and have not graduated from high school you must have a work permit.

Must be enrolled and currently taking classes each term for the academic year (Fall and Spring Terms). Must maintain a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of at least 2.00.

May work up to an average of 20 hours per week for each pay period during the academic year and average of 37 ½ hours per week for each pay period during Summer term. You may also work an average of 37 ½ hours per week for each pay period during semester breaks.
*Students employed as student workers cannot also be employed as part-time staff. You may do one or the other.
Student employment eligibility is based on fulfillment of all of the above requirements.
