The TeleTech Center is a state-of-the-art delivery center that serves a Fortune 50 healthcare provider. This center located at 1230 Park Avenue in Amherst Township will offer front to back-office business process outsourcing support. Currently, TeleTech seeks energetic, service-oriented associates to provide inbound help to patients and providers regarding Medicare coverage. Interaction types include general information about Medicare Part D coverage including eligibility, program details, prescription coverage, and enrollment.

New hires will be given three weeks of paid training before taking live calls. The company is also seeking operations supervisors, human capital generalists, and other management and supervisory positions.

The company will initially train new employees at the new Entrepreneurship Innovation Center at Lorain County Community College.

Job fairs will be held at Lorain County Community College’s Spitzer Conference Center at 1005 North Abbe Road, Elyria as well as at the Lorain County Administration Building at 226 Middle Avenue, Elyria. Dates and times will be announced.
