Entering Grades and Class Information through Webreg
Accessing your classes
| Open Internet Explorer and type in the address bar: https://webreg.lorainccc.edu/. Press enter. |
Enter your CMDS ID number in the id number field, and the last four digits of your social security number in the password field (unless you have changed your password on a prior visit).

| You will then see a successful login page with will display some general information about the system. |

Verify that the term in the upper-right hand corner of the screen is the correct term. If not, click on “change term” below the tabs.
Click on the term that you wish to work with; the page will then refresh. The term in the upper-right hand corner should now indicate your selected term.
Click on the “Faculty” tab to continue. |

To view your class roster, click on the view link next to the class you wish to view. Clicking on the class name will provide you with the description as it appears in the catalog. |

This screen can be printed before each class to be used as a roster for the class, to help track attendance. To the left of the student’s name you will find the student status in the class. A “C” designates a currently enrolled student. Their student number is found in parentheses to the right of their name.To enter grades click the Go button at the bottom of the screen. |

You do not have to enter grades for each student at the same time. You may leave fields blank and then return to enter grade information at a later date. You cannot change grades with this system; the standard procedure for changing grades needs to be used. |

Clicking the calendar icon will open a calendar window for you to select the last date of attendance. Click the Continue button. |

| If the information shown on the screen is correct, click the Submit Grades button. If you need to change a grade, click the Back button of your browser to go back one screen. |

Need to change your password? |
After logging in, click on the My Profile tab.

In the paragraph above your personal information you will find a link titled “here”. Clicking this will take you to a screen that will allow you to change your password.

Passwords default to the last 4 numbers of your social security number. A new password must be between 4 and 10 characters in length. You must enter it in both the New Password field and the Confirm fields. Then click “Update.” |
