Mailbox Over the Size Limit?

If Your Mailbox is Over the Size Limit

Are you getting weekly or even daily messages saying that you need to reduce the size of your mailbox? Or maybe you just can't find what you need because your mailbox is so cluttered.

E-mail messages can pile up quickly, and space is limited. It may be time to take action to trim the size of your mailbox.

An overstuffed mailbox can cause problems. As you will see below, system administrators won't allow you to send or receive e-mail once your mailbox reaches a certain size.

If this is happening to you (or if you think you may be getting close), it may be time for you to trim the size of your mailbox. Even if you're not getting warnings, cutting down on bloat can help you more effectively stay on top of what's important. For example, maybe you're having a hard time seeing what you need to because you've got so many messages in your mailbox.
