Copying the archive file from the CD.

Create and then open a folder on drive C called “Email Archive”

Paste the archive file into the “Email Archive” folder.

Open Outlook and then click “File”> “Open”>”Outlook Data File”

Browse to the “Email Archive” folder and double click on the file you wish to restore.

The Archive Folders now appear in your Outlook “All Mail Folders” list.
