Upscale Buffet Dining in SP 114

Spitzer CafeThe Spitzer Café offers an upscale buffet experience for LCCC staff, faculty, students and the local community. The buffet is one price, all-inclusive and consists of a hot entrée, starch, vegetable, salad, roll/butter and a beverage. There will be a la carte options available.

Spitzer Buffet Menu

  • Salad bar Only:  $5.95 (includes coffee/tea)
     
  • Salad bar with entre selection: $9.95 (includes starch/vegetable/drink)
     
  • Hot buffet: $8.95: (includes entre/starch/vegetable/drink)

Salad Bar 
The Salad Bar consists of two rotated Bound Salads, the other salad toppings, and soup.

Active Stations
When we are not having the entrees on the buffet we will have an active station. This will take the place of the Entrees.

Stir Fry Station:
Steamed and Fried Rice with a  wide selection of vegetables, chicken, beef, and shrimp with your choice of a teriyaki or soy sauce. This Station could also have the following options: Sesame Chicken, Shrimp Lo Mein, or Cashew Broccoli Chicken.

Omelets Station:
Freshly made omelets with your choice of the following; ham, bacon, spinach, cheddar cheese, tomatoes, green peppers, mushrooms, and onions. Served with home fries and bacon or sausage

Pasta Station:
Your choice of Alfredo or Marinara with the following toppings; Chicken, onion, green peppers, mushrooms, and broccoli. This will be served with a vegetable and garlic bread.

Sizzling Salad:
Mixed greens tossed with sautéed mushrooms, broccoli, cauliflower, onions, peppers, and parmesan.
