Please complete a separate form for each assignment submitted.  You are strongly encouraged to submit a "PDF" (Adobe Acrobat) version of your file to preserve formatting.  When clicking "Save As" in Microsoft Office, simply change the "Save as Type" to PDF, located below the file name to save your file as a .pdf file.

LCCC students now have the opportunity to participate in the MyTuition Guarantee. This new program holds tuition and fee rates for students registering in fall 2014 and spring 2015 for up to three years or until the completion of a degree, whichever comes first.
