Charity Crop Policies

  • No registration is guaranteed until payment is received. Until then, spaces will be filled on a first-paid basis. Checks and credit/debit cards are accepted.
  • Cancellations will be accepted until October 21, 2016 at 3 p.m. Requests received by then will be accepted and refunds will be given. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after the deadline. However, seats are transferable if someone else is willing to pay for your spot.
  • Payment is due with your registration form.
  • If the Women’s Link Charity Crop is canceled for an unforeseen reason, full refunds will be given. In the case of inclement weather, call Women’s Link at (440) 366-4035 for a recorded message as to the status of the crop. Decisions to cancel will be made at the discretion of Women’s Link and Lorain County Community College.
  • Participants may arrive no earlier than 1 p.m., Friday and 9 a.m., Saturday and Sunday, and must leave no later than 10 p.m., Friday and Saturday and 4 p.m., Sunday.
  • Crop attendees are liable for any damage that occurs at their designated space. Women's Link reserves the right to deny registration to future crops to anyone who causes damage to equipment or facilities.
  • LCCC is a very comfortable and safe environment. Nevertheless, leave unsupervised belongings at your own risk.
  • Each paid participant will receive information regarding details about one week before the crop. Any questions in the meantime may be directed to Tracey Maxwell at
  • Women’s Link is a not-for-profit program of Lorain County Community College and all proceeds will support its programs and services.
