Part-time Broadcast/Video Services Operator
Information Systems & Services


Reporting to the Broadcast/Video Services Leader, or appointed supervisory personnel, the Broadcast/Video Services Operator is responsible for, but not limited to: the daily operations of a video services distribution center; making video connections through the college system(s) according to pre-arranged scheduling; monitoring and capturing classes for electronic distribution; acting as a resource person for users of the various video systems implemented for distribution of video media; and performing routine maintenance and installations.

Required Qualifications: High school graduate; good understanding and working knowledge of video control, videoconferencing and video capture systems; strong computer operational skills; well organized; excellent customer service skills and ability to deal effectively with individuals from all levels across campus; a willingness to learn and grow professionally in depth and breadth of knowledge; and the ability to work from ladders.

 
Preferred Qualifications: Associate degree in appropriate field; and basic video system troubleshooting and maintenance.

Minimum hourly rate: $15.29

Conference and Dining Services

The Food Services Assistant, is responsible for the implementation of food services in assigned areas throughout campus including Starbucks. Duties include setting up catering stations, operating and cleaning kitchen equipment, prepare food under direction, and additional duties as assigned by supervisor or director.

Required qualifications: High School graduate or equivalent in education and 2-3 years direct experience in food service required.

Preferred qualifications: Excellent oral communication skills, demonstrated knowledge of food service principles and ability to take and follow directions are preferred.

Minimum Hourly Rate: $9.66
