“EURYDICE” AT LCCC NOVEMBER 15-17

Lorain County Community College’s Arts and Humanities division will present “Eurydice” at 8 p.m., Thursday, November 15-Saturday, November 17 at LCCC’s Stocker Arts Center.

Tickets are $7 for adults and $6 for seniors and LCCC students, staff and faculty. Tickets may be purchased from 12-6 p.m., weekdays in the box office, located in the lobby of Stocker Arts Center. Tickets may be purchased by phone at (440) 366-4040 or online at http://www.stockerartscenter.com/.

The production was written by contemporary American playwright Sarah Ruhl and is directed by Terence Cranendonk. Ruhl’s “Eurydice” retells the myth of Orpheus from the perspective of Eurydice, his wife. The story focuses on Eurydice's choice to return to earth with Orpheus or to stay in Hades with her father.
