Reporting to the Associate Provost for Enrollment Management & Student Success, the WE3 Project Coordinator is responsible for: managing the WE3 United Way collaboratives; coordinating services among the partner organizations; providing case management to clients through Enrollment and Career Services; understanding of academic advising, case management and courses of study required for degrees through LCCC and the University Partnership; and having the ability to work as a member of a team and to facilitate dialogue and consensus building which is critical to the success of this position. The incumbent must have an understanding and working knowledge of WE3 partners and of other divisions and departments within Lorain County Community College to ensure WE3 is coordinated within the institution.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree, and 1-2 years direct service experience working with underserved populations.
Minimum Starting Salary: $51,547

Lorain County community College (LCCC) is seeking applicants for a full-time professional technical position within the Allied Health and Nursing, Health, Physical Education and Recreation division. LCCC is looking for innovative student-centered individuals whose responsibilities include, but are not limited to: teaching primarily clinical components of courses across registered nursing programs with focus on advanced medical surgical nursing courses; teaching lab components when needed; participating in nursing curriculum development and assessment including program review; advising and assessing student achievement; participating in college governance; engage in scholarship and professional growth; and support the LCCC mission, vision and values. Incumbent must be willing to work some evenings and travel to outreach programs.
Required Qualifications: Master’s degree in nursing with current clinical and teaching experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Distance learning experience preferred.
Starting salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.
